Size Guide
Every Gear N Gown scrub is cut to a unisex fit and sized S to XL. The figures below are garment measurements in inches, taken flat across the garment, not body measurements.

Underscrub
A compression fit that fits tighter than a standard base layer. Underscrub chest: S 17, M 18, L 19, XL 20 (inches, measured flat). If you are between sizes or prefer more room, choose one size up. Your first size exchange is free.
How to measure
- Shirt chest: lay a well-fitting shirt flat and measure straight across the chest, just below the armholes, seam to seam.
- Shirt length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, straight down to the bottom hem.
- Trouser waist: our trousers use a drawcord waist. The listed waist is the relaxed measurement; the drawcord adjusts below it.
- Trouser length: measure along the outside of the leg, from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the leg hem.
How to choose
- Compare against a scrub or shirt you already wear well. Lay it flat and measure across the chest, just below the arms.
- Between sizes? Take the larger one if you layer underneath or prefer room to move on long shifts.
